Returns

If you find a product to be unsatisfactory for some reason, please return it in the unopened state for a refund.

Prior to returning the product, please email us at sales@kiddycots.com.au giving the reason for the return. We will reimburse the price of the product to your account excluding the shipping charges.

Please return the goods within 30 days of the purchase to get the refund.
